1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

4. International Shipping
We currently only ship in South Africa.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
